NT909 allows for the coding and Program of a replacement control module or changing previously stored incorrect coding. Coding also is known as Teach-in Program or Component Adaptation. It is the process of selecting and activating one program for a specific vehicle from a set of programs that the factory installed in the control module. This allows one control module to be used for different models, countries, and emission applications. Program is the process of taking a blank control module and then adding the correct vehicle program to memory.

Bidirectional Test/Active Tests

Active Tests, also known as Actuator Tests, are bi-directional diagnostic tests on vehicle systems and component. The tests let you to use the scanner temporarily activate or control a vehicle system or component, and when you exit the test, the system/component returns to normal operation.

Active Test can be employed on headlamps, windscreen wipers, windows & doors, and sunroof such as

35+ Service Reset Functions:

Oil Light Reset: Reset service intervals and Oil Life Reminder (turn off the Oil Light)when the replacement of engine oil is done in case of the impurities in oil may damage the engine.

EPB Reset(Electronic Parking Brake): The odb2 scanner can reset brake pad after the repair in electronic parking brake system, which includes deactivation and activation of the brake control system, bleed brake fluid, open and close brake pads, and setting brakes after disc or pad replacement.

TPMS Reset: When the car tire pressure failure indicator light is on,low or leaking tire pressure, replacement or installation of TPMS equipment, replacement of tires, damage to the tire pressure sensor etc. need to do TPMS reset after maintenance.

BRT/ BMS Reset（Battery Management System): The nt909 car scanner allows you to register new replacement batteries that have the same parameters( Such as original battery or other same type or big capacity battery ), clear faults from the dashboard and display current battery details. Re-match the control module, clearing original low battery information and preventing the related control module from detecting false information.

ABS Bleeding: If air gets in the ABS Module, it would make the brake pedal will be soft. Then you might need to take this vehicle scanner diagnostic code scanner to cycle the valves in the ABS module to let the air out. Because the brake pedal being soft and mushy, the air will have to be pushed out of the way before the fluid can do what it is supposed to do.

Injector Coding: Leaking injectors and some dead injectors can be missed even when an injector is disabled. Other problems with the ignition system and mechanical components also may not show an rpm loss when an injector is turned off.

SAS Reset(Steering Angle Reset): The nt909 code reader car diagnostic tool with reset allows you to perform calibration of the steering angle sensor. It permanently stores the current steering wheel position as straight-ahead in the sensor EEPROM. After calibrating the sensor successfully, its fault memory will be automatically cleared.

Throttle Adaptation: In an electronically fuel injected car, a throttle position sensor and air flow sensor communicate with the computer, which supplies the corresponding amount of fuel needed at the injectors. It must need re-learning throttle sensor position after clearing or repair.

D-P-F Regeneration: This foxwell automotive diagnostic scanner supports you perform the forced regen cleaning to clear the blockage through continuous burning of the particulates captured in the D-P-F filter. When a regeneration cycle is completed, the D-P-F light automatically goes off.
